Aaron"Hap" Hennequin, U.S. Army. hey all...I have heard rumors of a reunion coming up but unfortunately I will not be available to attend it. I Joined the Army January 2002...and am going through some intensive interrogator training...I don't expect to be on the east coast for quite some time. Life has treated me well, although divorced I had 6 years of adventurous marriage during which time I worked as a special education teacher and a Therapeutic Foster Parent...("raising" 25 children over the course of five years)...now I am on to bigger and better goals...I joined the Army...my latest adventure...hope to hear from you! Tanya Estelle Pressley. Baileyville 33 year old daughter of Barbara and Jos Lara of Calais and Joseph and Krista Pressley of Squirrels Point, Woodland, met with her dear Lord and Savior Sunday, Aug. 26, 2007, after a long battle with cancer. Tanya was born April 14, 1974, in Calais. She graduated from Calais High School in 1992. During her younger years, Tanya was very much a competitor in dance and baton competitions. By the age of eight, she won more than 300 trophies and medals in state and national pageants. A few of the titles Tanya received were New England Model, United States Teen Talent Winner, Miss Maine U.S. Teen, National Teenager Talent Winner and many, many more. Tanya was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, "Pa" H. Milton Thornton in 2004; and her paternal grandparents, Clayton H. and Roselyn Marie Pressley. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two lovely children, Michaela Estelle Erskine, age 10 and her father, Michael Erskine and Hunter Dylan Costello, age 5 and his father, David Costello; her loving grandmother, Thelma (Ross) Thornton of Calais; her brother, Clayton Hollis Pressley of Baileyville; a niece, Jayda Pressley; many aunts, uncles and cousins. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tanya's memory may be made to Down East Hospice, 24 Hospital Lane, Calais, ME 04619. Michael David Williams, 42, passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2016 at his home. Michael was born October 25, 1973 to David and Paula (McPhee) Williams in Calais where he grew up and graduated from Calais High School, class of 1992. He attended Washington County Community College shortly after high school where he studied to be an electrician. Michael enjoyed fishing, playing cards and Farkle, cookouts and just spending time with his family. In addition to both maternal and paternal grandparents, he was predeceased by two uncles and an aunt. Michael will be remembered by his parents, David and Paula Williams of Robbinston; two daughters, Caylee Galan and her husband John and Abbie Williams, all of Calgary, Alberta; sister, Paula Lynn Thornton and her husband Ryan of Topsfield; granddaughter, Ava Galan; two nieces, Darrean and Phoebe Thornton of Topsfield; step-grandmother, Delores McPhee of Baileyville; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his special canine companion and best friend, Gloria.
